TERMS REGARDING THE USE OF MY WORK:
- My work belongs to me and me alone (unless it's a collaboration). I am free to use it however I wish.
- Running my work through AI is strictly forbidden. I will block you.
- Sharing my work is fine only if you have commissioned it. That being said, please note to credit me as Doggy131.
- You are free to use any of my works as a profile picture, banner, background etc. as long as it's NOT for commercial use and you don't claim it as yours (credit me when asked about it).
- If you want to use your commission for commercial purposes please talk to me beforehand so we can negotiate a price. Arts commissioned by other people cannot be used for such purposes. Personal art is negotiable.
- Any art I make may or may not get posted, that is up to me. If you want to do a surprise piece, let me know beforehand!
TERMS REGARDING THE COMMISSION PROCESS
PAYMENT - made through PayPal. You can send it after I show you the first sketch. I will not continue if you haven't paid. You are free to choose Goods and Services, that is your right, but if you are to choose Friends and Family then please avoid mentioning anything about art or a commission/service, or just don't put in any text at all since it could get me flagged. Also - prices are non-negotiable. Don't try to guilt trip me into giving you a discount, if you can't afford it then I'm not the right artist for you.
REFUNDS - I don't offer refunds. You are free to back out before you pay. If I have already made a sketch by that point, you are not allowed to use it in any shape or form. Rejected sketches can be used for other projects.
UPDATES - my usual update process is as follows: first sketch - payment - line art and flat colors - background and rendering. Each dash means review. Sometimes I may draw the background before I start rendering.
REVISIONS - please be as clear as possible when sharing your ideas with me, unfortunately I can't read your mind and not being able to satisfy my customers is burning me out, even when it's not my fault. If something is wrong by my mistake I have no problem fixing it. However if you decide to change your mind halfway through you may get charged more. You get 2 free changes, anything after that will cost 10% of the original price.
TURNAROUND TIME - around a month, +- a week. I have more free time in the summer so TAT can get shorter. Commissions are top priority so Patreon rewards may get slightly delayed, but I'll do my best to deliver everything on time. Colored sketches have a much shorter delivery time (1-2 weeks, but usually a few days). If I send something for review I will wait until you say everything is good, so if there's a delay on your end then that's on you.
REFERENCES - sending reference images is really helpful, but they're not absolutely necessary. What's more important to me is that you are prepared with a clear idea. I do not like AI generated images but if it's something you've found on the internet and like how it looks then it's fine to use as a reference. Sometimes it's hard to tell what's real..
TIPS - I appreciate tips a lot, thank you! I would never force anyone to tip, but I'm thankful to those that do. That being said, tipping is no excuse to treat me badly or demand free stuff. Also please don't send a tip then demand that sum to be taken off of a commission price, that's not a tip at this point, it's an upfront payment. Which if you decide to do that then tell me. Otherwise I will take it as a tip and move on.
FINAL PRODUCT - you will receive your commission in a .png format. I usually communicate on Discord, where images are sent without compression, but if you wish or if we're talking on a different platform then I can also send it to your e-mail. I work in 3k-4k resolution, but let me know beforehand if you want a specific size.
